Сакрализация врачебного рецепта: эволюция жанра от античности до византийской эпохи

Аннотация

В представленной статье рассматривается, как врачебный рецепт изменялся от античного пошагового протокола к византийскому тексту с ритуальными элементами. Цель – показать, какие стандартные «модули» (обращения к Богу и святым, число словесных повторений, жесты, графические знаки) добавлялись к устойчивому фармакологическому ядру и как они распространялись между греческими, латинскими и славянскими традициями. Используются историко-филологический и типологический анализ, сопоставление рукописей и вариантов формул. Новизна данного исследования состоит в концептуализации рецепта как модульной структуры, когда «вещественная» часть остаётся неизменной, а ритуальные блоки надстраиваются и стандартизируются. В ходе этого исторического процесса рецепт трактуется как перформативный компонент терапии, способный задавать и структурировать лечебную практику. В статье показано, что сакрализация не заменяла рациональные компоненты рецептуры, а поддерживала их применение и передачу в монастырской и домашней практике. В результате предложенный подход позволяет по-новому описывать эволюцию рецептов и применять его для сравнительных исследований, в том числе в сопоставлении со славянскими и арабскими медицинскими традициями.
