Иконография военного триумфа в Египте и Месопотамии III тыс. до н. э.: царские и частные стратегии репрезентации

Аннотация

Настоящее исследование посвящено сравнительному анализу визуальной репрезентации военного триумфа в Египте и Месопотамии в III тысячелетии до н. э. На материале царских памятников (палетка Нармера, пластина Дена, рельефы Сахура, Ниусерра и Пепи II, Стела коршунов, стела Нарам-Сина), а также частных погребальных комплексов (гробницы номарха Инти в Дешашехе и чиновника Каиемхесета в Саккаре) впервые в межкультурном сравнении египетских и месопотамских памятников последовательно применяется трёхуровневая методология: сопоставляются памятники одного социального ранга (царь с царём, частное лицо с частным лицом) внутри каждой культуры и между культурами. Научная новизна состоит в разработке трёхуровневой методологии и в демонстрации того, что различия в визуальной репрезентации триумфа, традиционно приписываемые «цивилизационным особенностям» Египта и Аккада, могут быть обусловлены прежде всего социальным статусом заказчиков. Впервые показано, что при сопоставлении памятников одного ранга (царских) обе культуры демонстрируют сходные стратегии репрезентации власти. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении универсальных и специфических черт визуальной репрезентации военного триумфа в царских и частных памятниках Египта и Месопотамии, а также в объяснении различий между этими памятниками через анализ социального статуса заказчиков и сословных ограничений. В результате доказано, что в Египте канонические правила в искусстве допускали заимствование военных сюжетов частными лицами, но запрещали изображение заказчика в роли триумфатора, тогда как в Аккаде батальные сцены с изображением частных лиц отсутствовали, что свидетельствует о полном запрете подобных иконографических схем.
