Philosophical and Aesthetic Principles of Creative Process Management by the Example of Sound Recording Process

Abstract

Creative processes management belongs to a number of relevant problem areas in the sphere of organizational processes of creative organizations. The paper aims to show that the creative process of sound recording can be subdivided into levels, starting with the technical level and ending with the value level, so that for all the levels it is possible to develop their own organizational models, which then can be united into a single interdisciplinary structure. The scientific originality of the research consists in a complex management subject - creative processes management, which is considered primarily from the point of view of meaning-making concepts created by combining an expert opinion and the soft management model. The results of the scientific research include the analysis of interdisciplinary area and the sound engineer’s work context, determining the role of a sound engineer as that of an expert in the process of music recording, and description of the organizational scheme of the sound recording process.
