Abstract

The peer-reviewed publication introduces the reader to the activities of one of the most significant left-wing terrorist organizations in Germany in the second half of the 20th century, the Red Army Faction (RAF). In his work, the author carefully examines the prerequisites and causes of the emergence of this organization, the composition, program and main directions of its struggle against the political regime of Germany. The author pays special attention to the organizers and participants of the RAF, analyzes the reasons for its defeat.
