History of science and technology

This collection of articles focuses on current issues in the history of science and technology, covering a wide range of topics: from the genesis and development of scientific knowledge within the context of culture to the comparison of Eastern and Western science. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of national science in its interaction with global science, the study of the formation of scientific ideas, and the identification of the characteristics of scientific knowledge. The research is based on the study of an extensive corpus of historical and scientific sources, including archival documents and memoirs of scientists, and involves skilled work with literature on historiography, philosophy of science, and history of philosophy.
