Abstract

The peer-reviewed publication covers a wide range of issues related to the political purges in the USSR in the 1930s-1950s. The work also contains research on the role of the working class in resisting the German fascists on Soviet territory during the Great Patriotic War. The monograph will be necessary for anyone who studies the history of the development of Soviet society in the 1930s-1950s.
